Routing

Choose the right route.

A short, specific message gets a faster answer. Include the country, the reference if you have one, and what you need.

What to include

  • Your name and the country you are in.
  • The country and city of the property.
  • Whether you want to buy, build, or invest.
  • Your reference number, if you are already a client.
  • What you need, and any deadline.

Do not send passwords, wallet seed phrases or private keys, full card numbers, or remote access.

Protect your money and your data.

Cross-border property attracts impersonation and payment fraud. These rules apply to every message you get that claims to be from Baqshi.

  • We never ask for wallet seed phrases, private keys, passwords, or remote access to your device.
  • Payment and title instructions come from your signed agreement. If bank details change, call us on this page before sending anything.
  • Our domain is baqshi.com. Check the sender and the link before you reply or download anything.
  • We do not ask you to move money to a new account by message alone.
  • We never ask you to pay purchase money or escrow funds into a Baqshi account. Those funds go to the independent lawyer or bank under your escrow agreement.
  • You can verify a caller by hanging up and calling the number on this page.
  • Report a suspicious message to us with “Security” in the subject. Do not send documents or money.

FAQ

Questions we hear.

If yours is not here, send it. The answer may help the next person.

For an active matter, use the email thread or WhatsApp chat you already have. It keeps the context with the file.

Do I need an account or a wallet?

No. An inquiry is a conversation, not a sign-up. You do not need an account, a wallet, or a token to talk to us or to ask for a consultation.

Can I call instead of typing?

Yes. Call or message +64 27 338 8500. The same number works for WhatsApp. If you are outside New Zealand, WhatsApp is usually the cheapest way to reach us.

How soon will I hear back?

We answer from New Zealand, Monday to Friday. We aim to reply as soon as we can, but we do not promise a fixed time. If you have a deadline, say so in your message. For an urgent payment or title issue, call.

I am already a client. What should I include?

Use the same email thread or WhatsApp chat where possible, and include your reference number, the property country, and the step you need help with. That lets us find the file without asking you to repeat everything.

How do I make a privacy request?

Email us with “Privacy request” in the subject and tell us whether you want access, correction, deletion, or another right. We may need to verify your identity. See the privacy page for the full process.

How do I complain?

Email us with “Complaint” in the subject. Tell us what happened, when, and what would resolve it. If it is about privacy, use “Privacy complaint” instead. We will look into it and respond.

What if someone claims to be from Baqshi?

Do not click links, send documents, or move money. Check that the domain is baqshi.com, then call us on the number on this page. You can also forward the message to us with “Security” in the subject.

Do you give legal, tax, or financial advice?

No. We coordinate the move and connect you with local lawyers, notaries, banks, and government bodies. Those professionals advise you under their own terms. The terms page explains the boundary.

Does Baqshi hold my money?

No. Our invoices cover only our own service fees. Purchase money, deposits, and escrow funds are held and released by the independent lawyers and banks in the transaction, not by Baqshi, and we do not control the release. We work with each country’s regulations and match the requirements between buyer and seller. The terms page explains this in full.
