Five strangers. One consultant.

A short film from Baqshi, global property consultants based in New Zealand: how we find, qualify, transfer, and build property in 90+ countries, with local lawyers, real estate developers, and government channels in-country, builds priced line by line on QSME, and every payment held in escrow.

Map and figures are illustrative. The film shows how the model works; each deal’s terms are set in its escrow agreement. Not legal, tax, or financial advice.

Five strangers. Two countries. One property. That's how expanding abroad usually goes. An agent. A lawyer. A developer. A builder. And whoever's holding your money. Baqshi looks after people who want to expand. We're global property consultants, based in New Zealand, working in more than ninety countries. We know the whole route, and we bring in the rest: local lawyers, real estate developers, and the government channels each country needs. First, we find property that fits your brief and budget. Then we qualify it. Can someone from your country own there? In your name, a company, or a trust? What will it cost, and how long? All in writing, before any money moves. Buy or build? We weigh the cost against what it's worth there, so the margin is a number you've seen, not a hope. Building? Your budget is priced line by line on QSME, our construction platform partner, and released straight to whoever did the work. Buying? Your funds and the seller's title go into one escrow, held in New Zealand, and come out together. Both at once, or neither. Nobody pays first. Nobody signs first. And whoever's holding your money? It's held in escrow. Every held payment can only go to the person it's for, or back to whoever paid. On a build, that's every cost line. On a purchase, the price. And each deal's escrow agreement sets out exactly how. So instead of five strangers: one consultant, every step of the route. Tell us where you're from, and where you want to own.
